Information is used to provide equipment monitoring, alert notifications, device status reporting, account administration, customer support, and system security.

SMS Notifications

SMS messages are used only for operational and transactional notifications, including equipment alarms, device status updates, communication failures, and monitoring-related alerts. Device Minder does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, deliver notifications, host services, or comply with legal requirements.

Opt-Out

SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Recipients may also contact their organization administrator to update notification preferences.
